If you opt in to receive communications from us via email or SMS:

You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting "STOP" to 615-235-6602. After you send the SMS message -"STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you wish to join again, simply sign up as you did the first time, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.

We do not guarantee message delivery. Carriers and service providers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.

Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, REELTIMETN Media Co. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Services, including but not limited to event delays, vendor issues, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Services at any time for violation of these Terms or for any lawful reason.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Tennessee, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.
